The availability of RB Wes Cates for Sunday’s Western Division semi-final remains shrouded in speculation. The former Calgary Stampeder did not practise at all with the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Thursday. He had worked out for only an hour the day before, then retired to the dressing room. Cates has been sidelined with a foot injury for three weeks and had only returned to practice on Wednesday.
